ITV supports ‘Keep It Up for Soccer Aid’

Soccer Aid returns on ITV1 at 6pm on Sunday 27 May.  The celebrity football match is in aid of UNICEF, the world’s leading children’s organisation.

This will be the 4th year Soccer Aid has been on our screens, and to date a fantastic £7.5 million has been raised through raising awareness and viewer donations.

This year, ITV is also supporting UNICEF’s ‘Keep It Up for Soccer Aid’ campaign, which invites everyone to keep something up – be that walking to work, making tea for colleagues or anything else you can think of - get involved and make a difference.

ITV is backing the appeal through a range of internal company activities, but we will also be encouraging our viewers to get involved in many different ways.

From now up until match day we’ll be raising awareness and encouraging everyone to be part of the story through ideas and inspiration around ‘Keep It Up for Soccer Aid’ challenges you can do whether it’s at work or with family and friends.   If you don’t want to do something directly, we’ll be illustrating ways in which you can support others in their challenges.  They’ll be some familiar ITV faces involved as well as Dan Magness, football freestyler and multiple Guinness World Record holder.
